Control System Upgrades

We have done many Control System upgrades over the years replacing dated, obsolete & unsafe control systems.  Usually there is a lack of documentation, PLC & HMI Program backups and understanding of the system, all of which we are able to resolve.

Even if you have no drawings or PLC  backups we will still be able create Electrical Designs and Software for the program. Quite often new functionality can be added and improved Safety Systems at the same time.

This can present very good value for money if you have a machine or process system that mechanically is sound but is let down by a dated control system
